NEW YORK, NY, June 5, 2017- Last week Sabra teamed up with 92.3AMP Radio in New York to launch its first fully interactive Shazam-enabled campaign with Sun Broadcast Group’s Shazam For Radio platform. This campaign marked the first of its kind in the New York DMA.

As an “unofficial start to summer,” Sabra and 92.3AMP Radio ran a series of promotional spots awarding listeners with three $100 gift baskets at any Fairway Market. Morning show host Shoboy alerted listeners to use Shazam during one of the spots to be taken to a completely interactive landing page in order to enter the contest. The page also featured an inside look at Sabra products and tied in the local morning show with endorsements to keep the audience engaged from on-air to digital.

As a result of the campaign, listeners spent almost an additional minute engaged with the Sabra brand outside of the promotional on-air spot.

Shazam For Radio, the first interactive radio service designed for every station’s unique content, is widely available on over 1,000 stations across multiple groups and nationally syndicated shows and features.
